  • Fall Fest

    Join us on September 21, 2019 for our annual Fall Festival. Fall Fest is one of Garden City’s largest, and most fun events. Each year, Main Street is filled with vendors, food trucks and tents, activities, and entertainment. This event draws over 5,000 to Downtown each year. Fall Fest also features the NasDuck races, the Kansas Cruisers Car Show, and the Knights of Columbus Oktoberfest.

    Vendors interested in participating can fill out the registration forms, contact our office at 620.276.0891, or register online by filling out the forms below.

    Step 1: Register Online



    All vendors will be responsible for own tables, chairs, umbrellas, and power cords. Booth is 20 ft long by 10 ft deep
    - Kid’s Activity Vendors: $25
    - Non-Profits & Individuals, Non-Commercial Vendors: $50
    - Commercial Vendors: $100
    - Fee for electricity $20 Additional fee for 2nd 110V or 220V electrical feed: $20

    All federal, state and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. I understand the rules and regulations of the show and will comply. I realize that failure to comply may result in expulsion from the show.


    Step 2: Pay Online

    Vendors may pay online or mail registration form, liability waiver and payment to:

    Registration is not complete and a booth is not reserved until waiver form and payment are
    received.
