About the Artist
Teresa Wasinger is a self-taught artist with a lifelong connection to art. She started sketching with pencils and charcoal, what commenced as a simple hobby eventually turned into a passionate creative outlet. Unfortunately, a series of events along with life itself gave her other priorities and she stopped creating art. Only until recently did she rediscover her love for art.
Teresa enjoys working and experimenting with all sorts of mediums: because she still has a lot to learn, she is not quite set on one particular favorite. There is no special creative process she follows; her paintings depict her mood or feelings at a particular point in time. Frida Kahlo and Salvador Dali have always been her two favorite artists, inspiring her with their highly imaginative paintings and eccentric style.
