Originally from Northeast Kansas, Raul relocated to Dodge City 20 years ago, where he raised his family and built his career. His journey with ServiceMaster began in a humble way. After previously working at a location, he now owns, Raul persisted despite facing multiple rejections. He was eventually given the opportunity to take over two locations that were considered undesirable at the time. Through hard work and dedication, Raul turned those locations around, and today he owns both the Topeka location where, he began his story with ServiceMaster, and the thriving Southwest Kansas branches that are recognized in the top 15 franchises in all of North America.

Raul’s connection to the community stems from the trust and support he received during the early stages of his career. He recognizes that the faith local residents placed in him played a vital role in his success. This sense of gratitude drives Raul’s commitment to giving back.
